Do you offer "lay-a-way" or "payment plans"?

For layaway/payment plans or special orders, the following policies apply:

20% Minimum, NON-REFUNDABLE Down Payment is required

Four, equal bi-weekly payments (minimum) of remaining balance due. Item will ship once 100% of purchase is paid for. You may pay off the order early with no penalty.

For example: $500 Sneakers would require a $100 (minimum) down payment. Four equal payments of remaining balance due ($400 due = 4 x $100) payments due every two weeks. This gives the customer four normal payroll periods to pay for the item in full. The price is "locked in" at the time of down payment, regardless if the market goes up OR down.

Any deviation from the policy is considered a breach of contract and all monies paid MAY be forfeited, up to the discretion of the seller, depending on market conditions. At minimum, the 20% deposit will NOT be refunded.

What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
 We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days of production time for your order to ship out, average shipping time is 1 day. Tracking numbers will be updated less than 1 day after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business please email us at info@sneakerplug701.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective only. We give you 3 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Some exclusions apply to this policy such as special orders being non-refundable. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@sneakerplug701.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before it ships. No refund will be given after the item is released to the shipping carrier for incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
