SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

Delivery and processing speeds vary by pricing options. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 3-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) for an item ordered before 2 PM ET with standard shipping, to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Sneaker Plug 701 is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States. Replacement of products and credits applied to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.

CANCELLATIONS

For sneakers, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it or before the order is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first. If 1 hour has passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither has occurred, simply contact us.

If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account to manage or cancel your order.

RETURNS

All sales with Sneaker Plug 701 are final.

If you have any questions with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before committing to purchase. Once you purchase the item, refunds will NOT be consodered for purposes of condition inless there was an error in the description.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

Refund policy

We want to make sure that you're satisfied with your purchase. If there is an error on our end with your order, we will gladly accept the return of the merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at info@sneakerplug701.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason, including buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.
