Shipping policy

All items will ship same day or next day barring any any unforseen circumstances. If there is an issue with shipping, you will be contacted as soon as practical. We assume no liability once your item is transferred to the carrier from Sneaker Plug 701. Once a tracking number is provided, you will have to contact that service for any issues.
